Expert Recommendations for Roasted and Ground Coffee

Heat the water without allowing it to boil. For each coffee cup (100 ml) of water, add one tablespoon of traditional coffee (approximately 6g). If using a cloth filter, pour hot water in circular motions over the coffee. (Regularly wash the cloth filter using hot water to maintain beverage quality.) If using a coffee maker or another method requiring a filter, discard it after preparation. Consume and enjoy the freshly prepared drink.

Usage recommendations for Selecta roasted and ground coffee

It is recommended to store the coffee in a cool, dry place.

It is ideal to store roasted coffee beans or ground coffee in a container made of any material, preferably airtight and odor-free to prevent contamination. The coffee should remain in its original packaging inside this airtight container.

Avoid handling the coffee when wearing creams, perfumes, lotions, among others, as it is sensitive to these odors and can absorb them.

Coffee roasting is the thermal treatment of coffee beans (green coffee) to produce a brittle and slightly ground product that, when immersed in water, creates a coffee beverage.

A good medium roast can add more flavor intensity, more sweetness, without sacrificing acidity. Other flavor combinations seem much more balanced than light roasts. It increases perceived mouthfeel.
