Recipe with select freeze-dried coffee

Surprise all your guests with a delicious and 100% Colombian preparation.

What will you need?

  • 30 ml. filtered Oma coffee
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon arequipe
  • 30 ml of rum

How do you do it?

Put a layer of arequipe in the base of a transparent cup. Separately, in a pot, heat the milk and froth it with an electric whisk. Remove from the heat and add the milk foam gently over the arequipe until it fills almost the entire container. Then, with the help of a cream jug, add the Espresso in a constant stream to form different shades in the cup. Finish with a touch of rum and enjoy.
