Recipe with Espresso
Coffee Also known as Irish coffee, it is a mythical beverage since the 1920s, with a simple preparation but demanding quality in its ingredients.
What will you need?
- 30 ml of filtered Oma coffee
- 30 ml of whiskey
- 20 g of cream
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
How do you make it?
In a glass, dissolve the sugar in water and set aside.
Separately, heat the whiskey in a bain-marie. Once hot, pour the whiskey into a glass and add the already prepared filtered coffee. Briefly set aside.
In a container, gently beat the cream with the ice to lighten and cool it. Then, strain the cream and discard the ice. Next, pour the cream into the glass over the coffee mixture, so that two layers are formed, and enjoy.
